I spent my whole life telling myself I was going to get in shape and never actually sticking with it until February 2017 when I decided that I wanted to be STRONG instead of just doing it to lose weight. It took me until I was at a true low point to learn how to approach fitness the right way and I don’t want anyone else to have to go through that. I created this blog to share what I’ve learned about setting goals and loving your body for how strong it is becoming as you go through your journey. Learning to love yourself is the hardest part, but if you start your journey for the wrong reasons it probably won’t stick. You have to do it for you! It’s about you taking time for yourself, feeling strong and empowered, and loving the process.
